Contact your SchedulePop Team to enable Certifications
If certifications are enabled in your account and you have created and assigned certifications to staff in the Certification tab, it is time to familiarize yourself with certification rules and the expiration indicators that will show up on Schedule Builder once completed.
Select Locations Settings in the menu options:
- Scroll down to "Certification Options" (note: this part will only display if Certifications have been enabled in your account):
- First, select your preferred Scheduling Rule from the drop down:
- Alert when scheduling staff who have an expired certification or,
- Block scheduling of staff who have an expired certification.
- Second, select your Expiration Indicator (how long in advance you would like to be alerted before a staff certificate expires):
- 30 days,
- 60 days or,
- 90 days
