1. Remember to update your SchedulePop apps regularly!
2. Delete and reinstall the app if updating the app is not working.

1. Update the app/apps
- Go to the Appstore on your iPhone or Android
- Click on the Profile Icon in the upper right hand corner to display a list of all apps available for updates.
- Scroll to the SchedulePop app and select "Update" (note: if the app is not listed, you already have the latest version).
2. Delete and reinstall the app/apps
If updating the app/apps is not sufficient for optimal functionality, delete and reinstall the app/apps:
- Hold your finger down on the app and and select "Delete App" at the top of the pop-up window.
- Go to the App Store and search for "SchedulePop," select "Install" or click on "the cloud" (if applicable).
- Open the app and type in your credentials (username and password).
