Deactivate a User

Select "Users" from the menu options on the left and click on a user from the list

To Deactivate a User:

• Click on the edit icon to access the profile of the user you would like to deactivate.

• Scroll down to Advanced Options and check “Inactive”

• The option to delete all future shifts for this user will appear in a pop-up screen. Click "OK" if you would like to remove the shifts or cancel if you would like to keep the shifts

• The user is now removed from the list of users 

Tip: This function is helpful when managing seasonal employees, temporary employees, volunteers, terminated employees etc.
