Select "Users" from the menu options on the left and click on a user from the list
To Deactivate a User:

Click on the edit icon to access the profile of the user you would like to deactivate.

Scroll down to Advanced Options and check “Inactive”
- The option to delete all future shifts for this user will appear in a pop-up screen. Click "OK" if you would like to remove the shifts or cancel if you would like to keep the shifts

The user is now removed from the list of users
Tip: This function is helpful when managing seasonal employees, temporary employees, volunteers, terminated employees etc.
