Select "Users" from the menu options on the left and click on a user from the list.
To Deactivate a User:

Click on a user to access the profile of the user you would like to deactivate.
- Scroll down to "Status," located underneath User Information.
- Click on the drop down and make a selection from the list:
- Fill out:
- Effective Start Date (default date will be the current date).
- Effective End Date.
- Optional Notes in the expandable window provided.
- Click "Save" when finished.
- If the employee is scheduled for future shifts, a pop up screen will appear prompting you to take action. Select from the following:
- Delete all shifts,
- Create Open Shifts and Notify Available Staff (this option will notify all available staff and redirect you to the "Request tab" to display the time stamp of the shift notification) or,
- Manually Reassign Staff For These Shifts (this option will redirect you to the "Request tab" to manually reassign shifts hyperlink).
- Select "Proceed" when finished making your selection.
- Click "Show scheduling conflicts" to see a list of future shifts scheduled for this user.
