Select "Users" from the menu options on the left and click on a user from the list
To activate a previously disabled user:

Check the box "Show Inactive Users" in the upper right hand corner of the User Tab (above the list of users).

All previously inactive users will appear, highlighted in grey

Click the highlighted staff you intend to activate

Scroll down to Status and click the drop down to edit status.
- Select "Active" located at the top of the drop down list.
- Remember to click "Save" for the active status change to take effect.

The user is now activated and will appear in your user list. Note: Remember to add staff back to Schedule Builder once reactivated.
