Activate previously deactivated staff

Select "Users" from the menu options on the left and click on a user from the list

To activate a previously disabled user:

• Check the box "Show Inactive Users" in the upper right hand corner of the User Tab (above the list of users).

• All previously inactive users will appear, highlighted in grey 

• Click the highlighted staff you intend to activate

 

• Scroll down to Status and click the drop down to edit status.

• Select "Active" located at the top of the drop down list.

• Remember to click "Save" for the active status change to take effect.

• The user is now activated and will appear in your user list. Note: Remember to add staff back to Schedule Builder once reactivated.
